Brothers Cricket Club is proud to be a leading club in Townsville supporting the development of women's cricket.
We have options for girls from as young as 5 to 10 years to get involved through our Blast Programs in school terms 4 and 1. Junior girls from age 10 are able to play in the Townsville junior competition as a part of mixed teams. From approximately age 13 there are also additional options in the Girls and Womens League.

What grades do Brothers Ladies teams play in? We field teams in the Townsville Women's Competition and Girls League.
When does the senior cricket season run? The 2024/25 season hits off September 15, 2024. Rounds 1-4 will be played either Sunday at 2pm or Mondays at 5.30pm at JCU Oval.Rounds 5-10 will be Mondays at 5.30pm at either Riverway oval or JCU Oval. The season finishes with the grand final on December 9, 2024.
Where do our ladies train? Ladies training is held at our Brothers home ground and training nets.
When is training held? 2024/25 season training TBC
How much are the club fees? 2024/25 season fees are $220.00 including Cricket Australia player insurance and Qld Cricket player fee, plus $42 for your playing shirt.
